These last few months have been hectic for both of us so that we decided to gift ourselves a short holiday for St. Valentine's Day. We needed to go away from everyday life, work and stress...
So we planned to spend the weekend in Munich, Germany to visit some friends and take the chance to spend also some time at the biggest spa in Europe, which is only a few miles away from the centre of Munich, in Erding.
It was very relaxing and regenerating!

We spent some good time with our german friends (thanks guys, you are such a lovely couple) but we also had the occasion to have some time just for us...
We spent a wonderful weekend and I can't wait to do it again. Fortunately Munich is not that far from Trento. Just about 3 hours drive...that isn't much!

During our stay we ate typical bavarian food like wurstel and Leberkaese but even one of the best sushi we have ever had in our life, in a nice "All you can eat" japanese restaurant.

Typical Bavarian food at the HBLast but not least we were pretty lucky with the weather... The sky over Munich was extremely clear and sunny... and even if the wind was quite cold we coud have a nice walk in the city centre and do some shopping !!!

Nice recap Ely! I think it's very fun that both you and Mario and Jeff and I spent the same weekend in a Bavarian town..although yours was much more authentic ;)
Where is that spa exactly? Jeff and I MUST go there on our European holiday!
