10 on 10 - Clean and dirty

1 - CLEAN: I like to wake up, go to the kitchen and opening the dishwasher - which has just been bought - to smell the clean lemony flavour that comes out.

2 - DIRTY: What's better than a warm cup of coffee after lunch?!?

3 - DIRTY: Laundry making isn't my favorite housework...in fact the raccoon of the house is Mario! hehehe (^_^)

4 - CLEAN/DIRTY: What's the difference between a clean and a dirty book? The first one is read and studied, the second one is new...and ready to be read!

5 - CLEAN: Do we have too much?!?!?

6 - DIRTY: Trento is making waste recycling with a massive division of the garbage. In the kitchen, under the sink, we have different trashcans for: paper, glass, organic, plastic and one for all the rest that isn't recyclable.

7 - DIRTY: Dirty (and overall wet) boots under an heavy rain...but...aren't they cuuuuuute?!?!?

8 - DIRTY: Visiting my father's Lab (Ely's speaking), at the high school in Trento where he works.

9 - CLEAN: Ely's fancy makeup remover...before to go to bed...

Another exam.... is done!!!

....MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!! Yesterday I did another exam at the Law school. This time it was Ancient Roman Law... A huge amount of stuff to learn!!!! ^-^
Now a little time to relax and then I will start to study for the next one!!!
Can't wait to finish...

HAPPY 31st BIRTHDAY!!!

Many many birthday wishes to my sweet love on this special day. I love you very much and year by year I like to celebrate this day together. This is the cake I baked for you with much love (chocolate cake is your favourite! I know!) and the present is arriving soon...even if it's for both and you already know what it is (a new dishwasher)!!! You'll have my love forever!

Happy Easter!

Midnight has just passed, and here in this part of the world is offically Spring! I can see everyday how nature wakes up: trees have wonderful flowers and the first leaves are appearing. And the sun is warmer. It makes me happy. (^_^)

Tomorrow I will work only half day, like every Friday. But differently from the other weekends, this is Easter!! Have you found the eggs left my the Easter Bunny in your garden, folks?
Jokes apart, I will spend this Easter partly with my family, partly with Ely's family. We'll be in Pieve di Bono (Creto) visiting my grandparents tomorrow and Saturday, whilst on Sunday we'll be in Romeno with Ely's family. Lots of kilometers to do...and here gasoline is more and more and more expensive! (1.4 €/liter, which makes 8.15 US$ per gallon...isn't it RIDICULOUS?!?!?!?!?)
We must thank our sick government for all the taxes we pay for gasoline. We should all go by bicycle, and forget the car! (x_x)

However...we have planned to go to Mass on Easter day in a very nice church with Ely's family. It's kind of a tradition these last few years, that we go by feet through the wood from Romeno (the mountain village where Ely's grandfather lives) to the Sanctuary of San Romedio (check also this link, nice pictures of the place, but it's only in Italian!)


It's veeeeeery old, founded by the monks a thousand years ago. It's on a rock, overlooking the canyon all around and there is also a fence with a couple of bears inside. So nice! (^_^)

The Very Last day!

Today... it's my very last day at work here at the theatre!!!

I'm pretty sad to quit working here, because I have been here since 2002... which makes six years, and I really loved what I did during these years and had very nice collegues. I also learnt how the whole theatre world works, but for many reasons it was time for me to leave.

I am so thankful for all the nice people I met and worked with in these last 6 years.

You have been all so kind to me and I would never forget any of you!
I hope you liked my handmade mini cupcakes.

Bavarian Week-end

These last few months have been hectic for both of us so that we decided to gift ourselves a short holiday for St. Valentine's Day. We needed to go away from everyday life, work and stress...

So we planned to spend the weekend in Munich, Germany to visit some friends and take the chance to spend also some time at the biggest spa in Europe, which is only a few miles away from the centre of Munich, in Erding.

It was very relaxing and regenerating!

We spent some good time with our german friends (thanks guys, you are such a lovely couple) but we also had the occasion to have some time just for us...
We spent a wonderful weekend and I can't wait to do it again. Fortunately Munich is not that far from Trento. Just about 3 hours drive...that isn't much!

During our stay we ate typical bavarian food like wurstel and Leberkaese but even one of the best sushi we have ever had in our life, in a nice "All you can eat" japanese restaurant.

Last but not least we were pretty lucky with the weather... The sky over Munich was extremely clear and sunny... and even if the wind was quite cold we coud have a nice walk in the city centre and do some shopping !!!
